Exceptional Cartier Art Deco Writing Journal and Pencil in 18K

If you're seeking something superlative, look outside the box with this incredible Art Deco writing journal by Cartier. This phenomenal find features a black enameled exterior edged in high polish yellow gold, with a monogram on one side reading MPVA. On the inside is the original day journal which reads "Cartier 1933 Premier Trimestre" which translates to "first three months." There is a blank page for each day from January through March with days of the week in the upper left-hand corner and saint's days printed in the upper right-hand corner. The writing journal closes with a yellow gold pencil — that retains the original pencil lead.
