In December 2000, the United Nations General Assembly adopted a landmark resolution supporting the creation of an international certification scheme for rough diamonds to ensure that diamond sales were not being used to finance violence by rebel movements. The resolution resulted in the creation of the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme, which sets out specific requirements for controlling rough diamond production and trade. The scheme imposes extensive rules and regulations on the importers of rough diamonds to certify that shipments come from legitimate sources and are “conflict-free”. Beladora operates in full compliance with these regulations by buying new stones exclusively from legitimate diamond dealers who themselves are in compliance with the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme. Items shipped to a California address are subject to California sales tax.

Once a purchase is made, you will receive an immediate confirmation by email. Upon verification of your payment, all domestic purchases are shipped, free of charge, within two shipping business days, by fully insured FedEx. Beladora has an extremely easy and friendly return policy. If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, please do not hesitate. We will promptly refund the full amount of the purchase price for domestic purchases, returned in original condition within 60 days of purchase.

No return authorization codes are needed. No restocking fees are assessed. It’s that simple. Your refund will be made in the form of your original payment within two working days of our receipt of the merchandise.
