Jewelry, particularly signed pieces by the world's finest Couture designers, at

We strive to offer an eclectic variety of choices from
important jewelry design periods including the Victorian, Edwardian,
Art Deco, Retro, Mid-Century, Modern and Contemporary eras. Our goal
is to offer jewelry that is chic, wearable and affordable. In
addition, it is our objective to create a luxury boutique online shopping
experience, with an emphasis on friendly customer service and
communication.
Also, because we are so fortunate to be in this incredible
business, our policy is to give back to the community at large by donating a
portion of our online sales to causes that make all of our lives better.
Payment Policy
We accept major credit cards and payment via PayPal.
You may also pay with your personal check or wire transfer. If you wish to
pay by check or wire transfer please contact us by e-mail at sales@beladora.com or call us at our toll free
number (800) 680-9569. We can not accept an order billed
to a foreign credit card but we will be happy to accept a personal check or wire
transfer. All items shipped to a California address will be subject to
California Sales Tax.
International Orders
We are happy to work with international clients but in order
for Beladora to complete a transaction, we must be paid by paypal, personal
check, or a wire transfer. Due to problems with identity theft and
fraud we cannot accept international credit card orders because they can't
be verified. If you would like to place an international order please call
us or send us an e-mail and we will give you our information for a wire
transfer.

Shipping
Policy
You will receive a purchase confirmation via e-mail once your
credit card information and payment has been verified. Once the sale has
been approved your items will be shipped the same or next business day and you
will be notified of the tracking number. For credit card purchases, if you
would like to ship to an address other than the billing address, please
call a customer service representative at (800) 680-9569. All insured
shipments will require a signature upon delivery.
We use the following shipping partners:
FedEx and US Post Office Registered Insured Mail
Insured shipping via FedEx is $40.00.
Registered Insured shipping by USPS is $20.00.
FedEx Standard shipping is fast but expensive. Because we
insure all FedEx shipments with private insurance and because FedEx adds
surcharges for fuel, signature, residential delivery and some other additional
surcharge of who knows what, it actually cost us more than $40.00 to ship this
way.
United States Post Office Registered Insured Mail usually
arrives within 3 to 5 business days. This is a very
secure way to ship high value items.
All items must be signed for at point of
destination. FedEx and UPS cannot honor a signature wavier for any
purchase over $250. If the value of your shipment is over $250 you must
sign for delivery.
There is free domestic shipping on orders over
$2,500.
Beladora.com reserves the right to choose the shipping partner
based on destination and value.
International Shipping
International Shipping by FedEx is $50.00
Customer is responsible for customs duties and taxes which will
be charged to the customer's FedEx number or billed directly by FedEx.

SATISFACTION
GUARANTEED Return Policy
100% customer satisfaction is our goal at
Beladora. We proudly stand behind the quality and value of our jewelry
and we back that up with an EASY
and FRIENDLY return policy. We have a 100%
MONEY-BACK return policy less shipping charges on all items returned to
Beladora which are in their original condition.
Any items returned after our generous 30 day return
period will be at our discretion and may be charged a minimal $15 restocking
fee. Basically, most smaller value pieces of $250 or less can be returned
any time for almost any reason. For more valuable pieces, regardless
of how long beyond the return period have been owned, we will usually
take them back but may issue a store credit and/or charge a larger
restocking fee
Items returned must be in their original
condition and with their accompanying documentation. If the item you
are returning is set with a diamond which includes a gemological laboratory
certificate, the original gemological laboratory certificate that was issued
with the diamond needs to be returned as well. This is very important. If the
certificate is not returned, or if it has been damaged or altered, the cost of
replacing it will be charged.
Returns of items which are not in their original condition will
be at our discretion and could be subject to a refurbishing fee. Please
feel free to call us toll free at (800) 680-9569 if you have
any questions regarding our return policy. We are FRIENDLY...Don't
hesitate to call us if you have a question about a return.
Please carefully pack return merchandise in a box with
enough packing material to prevent any damage to the item and ship by
registered insured US Mail, insured Federal Express or insured

Selling Your Fine
Jewelry
We would be pleased to speak to you about purchasing your
fine and antique jewelry. Please send us a photo
or photocopy and description by mail, fax or e-mail and be sure
to include how you would prefer that we contact you, by phone, mail or

What is the difference between Antique and Estate
Jewelry? We define "Antique Jewelry" as jewelry crafted 100 years
ago or earlier, including the Georgian, Victorian, Art Nouveau and Edwardian
design periods. Under the term "Estate Jewelry," we place jewelry that is
less than 100 years old, including the Art Deco, Retro, Mid-Century, Modern
and Contemporary design periods.
Do you also sell new jewelry on
Beladora? While we are specialists in Antique and Estate jewelry,
we also offer a fantastic selection of new fine jewelry.
Why does the jewelry that I purchased not look
exactly like what I saw on the Beladora website? The jewelry on
this website may appear to be smaller or larger than actual size because of the
photographic techniques used to best show the detail of a piece or a piece in
its entirety on the website. Also, because many computer monitors differ
in their size and settings, some colors may appear different online than they
do in person. Our gemstones are generally measured and graded in
their mountings and unless the gemstones come with a certificate from an
independent gemological laboratory such as the GIA, AGL or EGL, our evaluations
will be our best approximations. We have extensive experience in
the field of Estate jewelry and our staff includes GIA trained gemologists and
professionals who have had more than 30 years of experience
working with estate jewelry and fine gemstones. All of us
at Beladora work hard to ensure that we provide detailed and accurate
descriptions, including measurements, for our jewelry.

How do I find jewelry that fits into my
budget? If you have a specific budget please use the search

within your budget.
Why is shipping by FedEx so expensive?
The cost of shipping is based on the basic FedEx rates plus all of the
extras that FedEx adds: Residential Delivery Surcharge, Fuel Surcharge,
FedEx Surcharge, Direct Signature Surcharge. In addition, we purchase
special insurance that covers our jewelry in case it gets lost or
damaged. If you don't need your item immediately, choose the US Mail
Registered Insured alternative.
Is there a Beladora store? We are
wholesale jewelers and do not have retail store. We prefer to be online
merchants only so that the money that we save by not having store expenses we
can directly pass on to our clients through our low prices.

What is your policy on Conflict Diamonds?
For any product fabricated from rough diamonds mined from January 1,
2003 onward, we certify that the diamonds have been purchased from legitimate
sources not involved in funding conflct and in compliance with the United
Nations Resolutions, and we guarantee that these diamonds are conflict free,
based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier
of these diamonds. For any product fabricated from rough diamonds mined
prior to January 1, 2003, we warrant that conflict diamonds will not be
knowingly sold, and that to the best of our ability, we will undertake
reasonable measures to prevent the sale of conflict diamonds.
