This estate gemstone ring has a decidedly Mediterranean look with a center carved carnelian cabochon with lovely translucence in a millegrain border. The shank of the the ring is crafted in rose gold with an open wire side that tapers in the back. This estate gemstone ring measures 7/8 inches in diameter and is sized a petite size 2 3/4 perfect for a pinky ring.
