Turn up the romance with this divine vintage diamond and garnet heart pendant. The pendant features a luscious cabernet red garnet heart at center, prong set in gold and surrounded by a border of pave diamonds and a single bezel set diamond at top. The pendant hangs from a black silk cord by a yellow gold bail adorned with more pave diamonds. The pendant is approximately 1 ½ inches long including the bail.
